Business Objective
Audax's primary business objective is to provide business development support services for multinational clients wishing to sell in specific international markets.

Expertise and Markets
Audax Global is a small privately-owned company domiciled in Grancy, Switzerland. The company's executive directors, Jeremy Knight and David Jewell, are based in Switzerland and the UK respectively and have many years experience of working and developing business opportunities in international markets. Administrative support is provided by Ann Ozem from our office in Grancy, which is the hub of our business. The two non-executive directors are Robert Fox, a Lausanne-based lawyer, who is the focal point for advising on all Swiss legal and tax requirements, and Lord Glenarthur, based in the UK, who is an experienced non-executive director and former Minister of State in the British Government.

The company's core expertise lies in developing business for clients in selected areas of supply chain security, generally where the end client is government. Audax makes use of its extensive network of country-based agents to assist in developing business and winning contracts. The company works on the basis of receiving a success fee and / or a percentage of any contract struck on behalf of clients.

The company has been instrumental in winning business and managing contracts for its clients in countries such as Ecuador, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Madagascar, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh and the Philippines.
